1/2 cup finely chopped celery
2 tablespoons finely chopped red bell pepper

1 green onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons capers
1/8 teaspoon paprika
   
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Cover; refrigerate before serving.
