Yield: Makes 10 slices
Ingredients:
1
package (11-ounce can) refrigerated French bread dough

Salt-free seasoning mix (optional)

Yellow mustard

4
slices light bologna

4
slices reduced-fat provolone cheese

2
teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese



Preparation:
1.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Roll out bread dough to 10X12-inch rectangle. If desired, sprinkle with seasoning. Dot with mustard.

Arrange bologna and cheese in alternating circles, overlapping edges to cover dough. Roll up lengthwise like a jelly roll; pinch seams shut. Place dough, seam side down, on baking sheet. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

3.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until puffy and browned. Let cool. Cut into 1-inch-thick portions.
