Rice Pudding Mexicana

Yield: Makes 6 servings
Ingredients:

package (4-serving size) fat-free rice pudding
1
tablespoon vanilla
1/4
teaspoon ground cinnamon
Dash ground cloves
1/4
cup sliced almonds
Additional ground cinnamon
Preparation:
1.
Prepare rice pudding according to package directions.
2.
Remove pudding from heat; stir in vanilla, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and cloves. Divide evenly among 6 individual dessert dishes.
3.
Top with almonds and additional cinnamon. Serve warm.
