Swimming Tuna Dip
Yield: Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
1
cup low-fat (1%) cottage cheese
1
tablespoon reduced-fat mayonnaise
1
tablespoon lemon juice
2
teaspoons dry ranch-style salad dressing mix
1
can (3 ounces) chunk white tuna packed in water, drained and flaked
2
tablespoons sliced green onion or chopped celery
1
teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1
package (12 ounces) peeled baby carrots
Preparation:

Combine cottage cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salad dressing mix in food processor or blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
2.
Combine tuna, green onion and parsley in small bowl. Stir in cottage cheese mixture. Serve with carrots.
